Over 380 kinds of wine are always available. Each wine is carefully selected by the owner chef who is also a sommelier with experience of learning the combination of wine and dishes at various places of Italy.
From red wine, white wine, rosé wine and sparkling wine to the standard line and special line of champagne, we offer various kinds of beverages from the various places of Italy. We offer rare Italian local sake and old sake as well.

Here, we only offer one kind of Japanese sake, which is our original label called “unico-co”.
This is the exquisite sake that was co-produced with the owner of “Chinshu no Mori animism bar”, a members-only bar located in Araki-cho, Shinjuku. It’s the perfect sake that was designed to go well when trying a little bit of various kinds of sea urchins.
The yeast of Sake Yeast Association No. 7 and Yamada Nishiki, the rice of complete organic farming cultivated by Shinichiro Sugiyama, an innovative farmer of organic farming in Tottori, are used.
Sugiyama is continuously refining his rice farming method by trying out things that no other famer would dare to try such as the constant improvement of the soil for the rice and shifting the rice transplanting period by one or two months to much with the climate of each year.
